Territorial Food Development
From the farm to the fork, we think of a sustainable territorial food system. A system that guarantees food and nutrition security for all people in the territory, without putting their economic, social and environmental bases at risk for future generations. For this, we provide advice on the construction and implementation of projects and public policies and we support their operationalization and visibility. We also capacitate public, private and third sector staff and managers.

Eco-gastronomy and Tourism
We help to revitalize the traditional food heritage through a gastronomy based on local products of differentiated quality. Products with a possible regenerative effect and less environmental impact when compared to conventional production This eco-gastronomy is an intangible heritage, on which we designed a set of innovative interventions and investments.

Sustainable Investments
We don't do the same anymore. We prepare technical and economic feasibility studies and applications to raise funds for private and public entities, around food production, eco-processing and related services including sustainable tourism. We promote our own investments and attract investors for projects in strategic territorial units.
