Vagari Lda was established in 2018 with the purpose of promoting projects and policies for the valorization of territories from their food systems.

 

The promotion of these systems can provide food and nutritional security, social inclusion and equity, through a better articulation between the offer of urban and rural services and new network services.

 

Food culture, cuisine and gastronomy are important in our work. In particular those resulting from polycultural and bio-diverse agricultural systems, able to provide the diversity of nutrients suitable for a healthy life.
